Adding the Shimmer EVM Network - Mobile

Your MetaMask will default to the "Ethereum Main Network" network, so we need to get that changed. To do this, you'll need to follow these steps:

Click the hamburger icon in the upper left of the screen:

Click on "Settings":

Click on "Networks":

Click the "Add Network" button:

Fill out all of the prompts using the following values...

Network Name: Shimmer EVM

JSON-RPC Endpoint: https://json-rpc.evm.shimmer.network

Chain ID: 148

Currency Symbol: SMR

Block Explorer URL: https://explorer.evm.shimmer.network/

After you've filled in all the prompts, click "Add".

And just like that you've added the Shimmer EVM network to your MetaMask! (Check out how it now says "Shimmer EVM" at the top):
